| Program Requirements: |
| The following criteria need to be established in order to become an authorized distributor: (1) Business must be automative-related. (2) Merchandise for the sole purpose of resale. (3) A copy of business license. Possession of this list does not constitute an offer to sell and we reserve the right to reject any order. Price list and products are subject to change without notice. |
| PROGRAM PAYMENT: |
| Welon Auto Limited accepts credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Union only) or wire transfer. |
| HOW TO APPLY: |

| HOW TO TERMINATE: |
| You can terminate your distributor status at any time by providing us a written notice in mail. |
| PROGRAM UPDATES: |
| Welon Auto Limited will update the price list on website if there is a price change. Distributor will be notified
by email. Possession of this list does not constitute an offer to sell and we reserve the right to reject any all order. Price list
and products are subject to change without notice. |
| FREIGHT: |
| Prices do not include freight charges. All orders are FOB our warehouse and will be billed and shipped by the fastest,
most economical way unless otherwise instructed. Merchandise signed for is considered delivered and no claims for damage and/or
shortage will be considered unless noted on the waybill at the time of delivery, claims for shortage, damage or error in shipment
can only be honored if made within three days of receipt of shipment. Please refer to our shipping page. |
